Building a new house from scratch has been challenging but finally I have moved in!
I am so happy that I engaged with you early in the process; My garden is gorgeous and looks like it has been here for many years! Even I, who saw the naked, uneven stand when we started building, cannot believe that it was only created a few months ago!
When the first heavy rains arrived, I was so grateful that you had planned the storm water flow so carefully - there was no flooding anywhere, despite the different levels of my property. The paving, which you personally oversaw, has also proved to be perfectly laid so that storm water flows off immediately.
Thank you for making the process such a pleasure. From our first meeting I knew I had made the right choice and the results speak for themselves. Thank you also for your wisdom and patience with my sometimes crazy requests!
